General Meeting
7pm Thursday 5th December 2024
We are currently working towards a protest on Stockton High Street, as part of our campaign to push for more investment in council housing. Our intent is to make the case for our council housing investment, mainly on Stockton-on-Tees but across our region. The protest will take place at 1pm on Saturday December 14th near the Water Fountains. We would love to get your help to work out all the details of the event and promotion.
Our planning event will take place this week, on Thursday December 5th at 7pm. You can attend in person at Stages Academy in Middlesbrough, or if you’re unable to attend in person, via Teams by following the link below. We’d love for you to get involved, whether it’s to contribute your ideas to planning, or to help promote the protest.
If you’re not able to attend on Thursday but can help either on the 14th or promoting the event in the lead-up, please get in touch via either email or the phone number below – we will also have promotional leaflets to hand out.
Beyond our campaign for council housing, we also want to continue our work towards helping tenants who are experiencing issues with their landlords and other housing.
If any of the relevant issues around housing affect you personally, or if you want to help demand housing justice across our area, come along to our next meeting! It will take place at:
7pm on Thursday 5 December
